All Z-pods are manufactured onsite at the Zylö Therapeutics Manufacturing facility, headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina.

Particle Size
Particles are typically milled to 5-15 micrometers, but can be sieved for larger sizes, or wet-milled to sub-micron diameters.
Load Factor
The weight percentage a Z-pod particle can hold is highly dependent on the properties of the active. Scientists at Zylo Therapeutics will experimentally define the upper limits of encapsulation efficiency. Z-pods can also be customized to also incorporate an ingredient content that is not encapsulated so as to provide an immediate release in addition to the extended release.
